Continuing the exploration of photogrammetry begun with Slab City and further developed in the Functional Abject series, I have turned toward found forms in the landscape that require minimal modification in order to take on new lives within the domestic space. The slumped shape of Curb Cut Bowl and the access panel of Curb Cut Box, were found features that served as the inspiration for the scanning and subsequent crafting of these oversized functional objects.
